I rented your bikes and you have me a broken bike and the wrong key for the locker. Also your attitude was very bad. The place also doeant look nice.

Rustic, jungle charm. Friendly and kind staff, good value. Very peaceful and relaxing, unpretentious and welcoming. We liked the bird noises.

Unacceptable Service and Profound Disappointment
This is simply not a good service. We meticulously booked a specific room and were instead allocated a completely different one upon arrival, citing its unavailability. We were told we would have to move the following day. Despite our significant inconvenience and tiredness from our journey, we reluctantly agreed to this change and began to settle in, expecting a peaceful evening before the agreed-upon move.

Then, at approximately 7:00 PM, you abruptly and aggressively insisted we vacate the room immediately because the one we originally booked was suddenly "available." This rush was completely unwarranted and demonstrates a severe lack of respect for your guests. You didn't even grant us the basic courtesy of time to pack our belongings; instead, your staff was rudely knocking and pressuring us to leave, treating us as if we hadn't paid for the service.

We already demonstrated good faith by agreeing to your initial, inconvenient terms. Where is your basic sympathy or professionalism? After traveling and dealing with the initial room error, the least you could have done was honor the compromise you proposed and allow us a full night's rest. We were exhausted. To be moved twice, under duress, after having reserved a room that was supposedly unavailable—but somehow available hours later—is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. We expect much better treatment than this.

Beautiful, charming place in the middle of the jungle. The hosts couldn’t be more polite and friendly, we especially liked the man working in the restaurant - he made us feel really welcome.
I am shocked by the amount of users complaining about animal noises or insects - what else do you expect if you rent a cottage in a jungle? For us, that was part of the charm. You don’t get the same experience if you book a room in a 5star chain hotel.
If you want to experience real Thailand, with all its wild nature, welcoming hosts and chirping birds, that’s definitely a place for you. If you are one of the tourists who complain about a few leaves falling in the bathroom or a bird singing at night - avoid the place and save yourself and the hosts the trouble.
We would definitely go back!

Excellent service, attentive and polite staff. The room is excellent. We liked everything, our cat too). She didn't even want to leave). Clean deep pool where you can swim without time limit. We will definitely come again!
