GLOW Ao Nang Krabi

We stayed there in the month of January from 16th to 20th. The hotel is located in the main Ao Nang market area and is very close to the Ao Nang night market, which makes it quite convenient. The breakfast was average, but all the basic items were available. As a non-vegetarian, I did not face any issues with the food; however, vegetarian guests might find the options a bit limited.

The room was not very large but was sufficient for a small family of two adults and one child. The first room assigned to us had an issue with bathroom clogging, but the staff promptly changed our room, and we did not face any further problems after that.

GOOD HOTEL. the room was so clean. balcony, pool, bar, and good breakfast (who wants something else?), also the hospitality was good. the receptionist almost-white-haired guy is so fluents in english (better than me) and so helpful. they changed the towel everyday (most favorite). and just take few minutes to the beach and another minutes to the aonang landmark night market (i recommended grab). and the most important things is its talk a walk to seven eleven.

the poolview of my children quad room is beautiful. The room is Clean. Housekeeping is very hardworking keep asking to clean up although my children don't want anybody to enter their room. For my standard king room is spacious, carpark view but dissadvantage NO lift only staircase. we want to upgrade to deluxe room but hotel was fully booked.

This hotel is great if you are a smoker or into cannabis. However, if you are a family and just want to relax and sit by the pool without the person on the next chair to be smoking weed onto you and your kids then maybe not. The first room we couldn’t stay in because the smell was so bad it made us dry reach just walking in and I have a super strong stomach. The staff were so nice and moved us to a different room. But you couldn’t have the window open as the smell of weed and cigarettes was just terrible throughout the hotel, breakfast was nice and the service so wonderful but the smell was terrible with smoking areas on either side of the floor area. Ban smoking and rude tourists and this would be an amazing hotel.

A wonderfully maintained and spotless hotel in a very convenient location. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach, with plenty of tourist information centres, massage parlours, and eateries all around. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well kept and added great value to the stay.

The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.
