Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort

I have been here for a few days and it has been amazing. It is stunning and beautiful to say the least. The staff is exceptional and always there and ready to help. Never not met with a smile and warm greeting. The food is incredible! I was treated to a massage at their spa and I recieved a massage from Khun Ning today. It left me floating. It is different than what I have experienced in the US but in a really good way. She worked all of the spots that have been hurting from traveling, activities, and overall life. Was very respectful about my body and never made me feel uncomfortable. Afterwards I was treated to some hot tea and snacks to help recover. Absolutely beautiful space and wonder massage.

We had a fantastic stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort. The resort is in a beautiful beachfront location, with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent pools, and well-maintained grounds that make it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive.

We chose a room with Club access, and it was worth every cent. The extra comfort, private lounge access, added service, and refreshments throughout the day really lifted the whole experience and made the stay feel even more special.

The staff were outstanding throughout, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast had a great selection, the room was very comfortable, and overall the resort delivered exactly what you hope for in a quality beach getaway. We would happily stay again.

The location was great, beautiful gardens ,that were immaculately maintained and lovely rooms, that were extremely clean and well stocked with complimentary water and toiletries, towels changed regularly and bedding could be changed daily if you wish ( not that I felt that necessary)
The beachfront location was stunning always plenty of sunbeds in the gardens facing the beach which was excellent for shade.
Probably the most beautiful swimming pools I have ever seen, and plenty of sunbeds .
The food was excellent ,buffet style breakfast with a lot of choice ,and always delicious.
The Mangosteen restaurant was superb, the food was delicious and considering this is a large hotel, there was never a feeling of it being crowded .We loved our stay here and I think the staff are absolutely lovely, always so pleasant.
I had a wonderful holiday here for one week after staying at two other locations in Thailand, this was definitely the highlight for me.

If you’re considering it, we would definitely recommend paying the little extra for the Club Rooms. The Club Lounge experience really elevates the stay, and the service from the team makes it exceptional.

Add, Lee & the rest of the team at the pool bar were also fantastic – always greeting guests with a smile and delivering such friendly, easygoing service that perfectly matches the relaxed Krabi vibe.

We also treated ourselves to time at the spa (Hamman & Facial) which were absolutely lovely. The setting is peaceful and beautifully designed, and the treatments by Rung & Ning were incredibly relaxing – the perfect way to unwind while surrounded by the natural beauty of Krabi.

If you’re looking to truly unwind in paradise, this resort is an exceptional choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.

The rooms are generously sized, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The king-size beds are noticeably larger than standard and incredibly plush. Room featured stunning views overlooking the lotus plunge pool, adding to the sense of tranquility. All guest areas and facilities throughout the resort were immaculately maintained.

For relaxation, the resort offers a variety of options — whether you prefer low-key lounging, expansive pools, or a private beach escape. There are five restaurants on-site, providing diverse dining experiences, along with two large swimming pools and a serene private beach.

One small note: the lobby area can feel a bit warm due to the humidity. However, this was more than offset by the outstanding service — special mention to Sunday, who kindly took the time to show us around and delivered service that exceeded expectations.

Overall, this resort delivers a refined, peaceful escape with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, comfort, and attentive service in a beautiful setting.
