About Krabi and Koh Lanta
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Koh Lanta sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

We have been here for nearly a month in a lagoon pavilion, the rooms are lovely and have everything you need, our housekeeping staff Apple and Da were amazing leaving different towel sculptures and flowers and a special one on my wife's birthday.
All the staff here are great!
The location is right on long beach and the resort grounds look great and are very well kept.
The buffet breakfast is good and again the staff at breakfast were great, arranging a birthday cake on my wife's birthday.
All in all we've had a fantastic month at Long beach chalets!
We loved this hotel. The hotel had such a wide view of the beach making it feel less crowded. You could set up so many fun play areas for your kids. Breakfast was amazing and massages by the beach.
Would come here again. Get the sea view if it is within budget those rooms are unreal.
If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Seaview Villa rooms for 3 nights and it was amazing. The room was gorgeous down to every detail. The massages on the beach were fabulous, the hotel breakfast was excellent and the longue areas and beach cocktails were great. I did not want to leave..would highly recommend.
03/02/2026 03:06We booked the "budget villa" in the back and it had a few other villas and its own good-sized pool. It was very private and access to all the other resort amenities, including the beach and the main pool, was just a short 300m walk. Everything was really lovely and the staff were all amazing, but those budget villas are very close to what turned out to be the busiest part of the road that loops around koh lanta. We both had good ear plugs and were able to sleep but it did make it difficult to relax there during the day. The pool for those villas was barely used by anyone else but me so privacy was not an issue and it was quiet in that area. The beach was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets.
31/01/2026 12:18My husband and I stayed here during our last week of our Thailand vacation, and we can't complement it enough. Our room was nice, and looked just like the photos online. It was very comfortable.
The resort itself has was lovely, with a nice beach front. The restaurants served good food. The staff was very polite and professional. The beach front was clean, with plenty of options for seating or lounging.
We took advantage of the spa services, which we highly recommend.
Because we were at the end of our trip, we had no interest in doing anything but hang out at the resort. BUT, when we did venture out, we found it was perfect location, near a lot of good restaurants.
I highly recommend this resort.
