About Krabi and Ao Nang
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Ao Nang sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

⛱️⛱️Very impressed with our stay. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. The hotel provides useful services such as tours, transfers, and vehicle rental, making everything very convenient.
The location is great, only around 5 minutes from the beach and close to Ao Nang center, restaurants, and shops. They also offer discounts at selected nearby shops, which was a nice extra benefit.❤️❤️
Every thing is perfect about Pagi Pagi..staff is so nice..just ask whatever information you need. Rooms were clean and have everything you need - small sitting area outside the rooms is so nice. They also arrange bikes for rent which is so convenient in Krabi (just be aware of no parking areas especially during mornings at ao nang beach road as I had to pay police 700 baht).. Pagi Pagi is best option to stay near Ao Nang - the only downside is you might have a heart break when you check out
25/12/2025 12:04The hosts were amazing and very kind. They are available 24hrs so makes life so easy. The location and the stay is so perfect and you realize that when you go around the Ao Nang beach. The place is cozy perfect for a stay for couple or solo travellers.
Bonus: One of the best restaurants in the area is right opposite to it.
I really want to thank the owner of this place for putting together such an amazing team. Wherever you turn, you’ll find helpful and genuinely friendly Pagi Pagi staff, it makes a huge difference to the stay.
The rooms and the entire property are perfectly located: calm and away from the beach chaos, yet still easily walkable to the beach and main areas.
We even rented a Yamaha scooter directly from them, with multiple options available, super convenient. They also have an affordable in-house beer and wine shop. For context, the shop next door was selling Corona for 170 Baht, while the same bottle at Pagi Pagi was just 90 Baht. On top of that, we received a 10% discount coupon for their wine shop and the restaurant opposite.
We booked our boat tour through Pagi Pagi as well, they arranged a Hong Island trip with 'Krabi Sunset Tours'. If you’re planning an island tour, definitely ask for this operator. They were excellent from start to finish.
Overall, Pagi Pagi truly made our time in Krabi special. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit.
Reception were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Talked us through everything the villa had to offer on arrival. There was welcome noodles and fruit in the fridge with no extra cost which was a nice benefit. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was in a good location close to Samui Beach and lots of restaurants. Also close to a 7/11. Had lots of information about the local tours and what there is to do in Krabi. The downside of the villa is that it is next door to a really loud bar which we had to ask four times for the music to be turned down then eventually turned off at reception as it was past 12am by the fourth time we asked. The staff were friendly but it did take a long time for the situation to be resolved. Our room was booming from about 4pm onwards until 12am 2 nights in a row so we didn’t have a great sleep here. Good value for money if you don’t mind a bit of noise
