About Krabi and Krabi province
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Krabi province sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

Location is the worst in the area. It looks on the map like it's by the sea, but it's at lease 20 min walk. Service is the worst in the world. Beds are solid as a rock. They supply only one blanket for 2 people, for extra blanket 200 THB per night. Low level floors, low level building.
04/03/2026 09:11Everything was okay. We stayed in both deluxe and superior rooms. For the location and the price it is pretty expensive. All basic amenities were there. However, one of the days, there was white powder dust on blanket when we checked in. Probably was powder used for bed bugs. Not sure if for prevention or actual problem.
01/02/2026 15:15This hotel doesn't deserve to be 4*. The rooms are not spacious enough, insufficient ventilation, no great amenities. Lizards enter the room. No hygiene. No bathtub. I have stayed in Phuket, and other places of Thailand, 4* there had lot of spacious rooms and other amenities.
Plus this location is far from night market. Taxis are costly and difficult to get to the city.
Honestly, I do not understand the positive reviews this hotel has. The only possible explanation is that the people who wrote them either do not travel at all or have absolutely no point of comparison. And frankly, after experiencing this hotel firsthand, one cannot help but feel that some of the reviews may have been written by the hotel itself — the reality on site is in complete contradiction to what is presented online.
As the owner of a travel agency, I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but this stay was a massive mistake. Unfortunately, I must say that I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
The hotel presents itself as a 4★ property, but the reality is far from it. The rooms are not comfortable, feel neglected, and the overall standard does not match the declared category in any way. Any sense of comfort ends very quickly.
The staff is completely dysfunctional. They do not resolve problems, do not fulfill requests, and do not respond even after repeated complaints. They only smile, but in reality, you are completely irrelevant to them. Services practically do not exist.
There is absolutely no chance for rest or relaxation. Noisy guests, especially Indians and Russians, ensure that your stay turns into a literal horror experience. Doors slamming even at 4 a.m., constant noise in the corridors, no rules, no respect. Alarms go off repeatedly because doors are not properly closed — and even after multiple warnings, the staff does nothing.
Another major disappointment is the swimming pool, which is dirty and hygienically questionable. If you are looking to take an infection home with you, this is a great choice. Otherwise, stay far away from it.
Overall, the hotel does not meet the 4★ standard at all — neither in services, nor in attitude, nor in environment. If someone is looking for stress, noise, chaos, and complete disregard for guests, they may be satisfied here. But if you are looking for a vacation, peace, or at least a basic level of service, avoid this hotel at all costs.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, this is not a matter of bad luck, but a long-term, systemic problem of the entire property.
A bright, spacious room with a modern interior and a good bathroom. Breakfast is not bad, with omelets prepared fresh on the spot. There’s a small private parking lot. Overall, a pleasant stay.
